Welcome to Yellow Rose Life!

Hi! I’m Laura Ward. I’m a mom to 3 beautiful babies (they will always be babies to me), one k-9,  and wife to my high school sweetheart/ the best part of my soul. I’m a pediatric nurse, going on 10 years now… very scary thought I could be that old.  I love to mom (most days)… I love to decorate, I love to bargain hunt, and I love to create.

We have recently embarked on our greatest, most stressful journey yet. When I was 9 months pregnant, we moved into a 1981 ranch style home on a little less than an acre, in Tomball, TX. A total fixer with excellent bones, and from what we hear, a past full of love and family. It just felt RIGHT from the moment we walked in, and I could immediately envision it as our HOME.

I love to mom (most days)… I love to decorate, I love to bargain hunt, and I love to create.

I want to share this journey and every other aspect of our crazy life and family with you, thus Yellow Rose Life was born. I’m excited to reveal the do’s and don’ts I experience along the way, as well as, my money saving tips for getting the design looks you want for less!
